New Virginia Tech Shooting Leaves Many Questions Unanswered

"At Va. Tech, a Sense of Bewilderment, Sadness as Shooting Motive Remains Unclear"

Virginia Tech university has been left with a "sense of bewilderment" after a second shooting, which resulted in two deaths, occurred at their campus this week. Ross Truett Ashley, 22 shot and killed police officer, Deriek Crouse, as he sat in his patrol car. Ashley then turned the gun on himself, when he was spotted by another officer. Crouse was a father of five and a veteran.

Police have stated there was no connection between the two men. No motive has surfaced at this time. Ashley was enrolled at Radford University at the time of his death. He was a good looking young man with his life before him. What made him resort to the horrors of murder suicide.

"Police Say Ga. Girl Killing Very Calculated"

20-year-old Ryan McCabe Brunn, has been arrested in connection with the murder of missing 7-year-old Georgia girl, Jorelys Rivera. The young girl was in the care of a babysitter, while her mother worked the nightshift at her place of employment. Rivera went missing, as she was allegedly abducted by maintenance man, Brunn. Her body was discovered days later in the garbage. The medical examiner stated she died of blunt force trauma to the head, stab wounds and was also raped.

The state of Georgia maintains the death penalty, as a means of punishing crime and many will be calling for Brunn to face such a fate, due to the heinous nature of the Rivera's murder. If such a claim is not successful in court, Brunn will likely face life in prison if convicted, where inmates will not react well to his presence. When one goes into prison as a pedophile and or child murderer, it will make one a target.

In the State of Georgia, there exists an exemption in avoiding the death penalty and that is mental disability. However, according to the New York Times, the burden of proof to meet said requirement is very high, making the death penalty a strong probability for very violent offenders, who commit crimes such as the ones Brunn is accused of in court. Jorelys died a violent death - justice must be served.

More Victims In The Cement Butt Injection Case Have Come Forward

More people have come forward alleging, Oneal Ron Morris, 30, a transgender man, gave them butt injections, which made them very ill, resulting in hospitalization. Medical lab tests have since revealed, Morris injected people with a mixture of cement, the automotive product "Fix-a-Flat" and mineral oil, sealing it with superglue.

Morris has prior arrests for theft and trespassing

Victims suffered pneumonia, severe stomach pains and other terrible side effects that landed them in the hospital. Their buttocks also sustained scarring at the injection sites. The police in Miami are asking other victims not to be embarrassed and please come forward.

NBC Miami wrote on their website, "Health officials are encouraging anyone with more information on the case to contact their local law enforcement or the DOH website to view license information. Complaints can also be filed anonymously through the site or by calling 1-877-HALT-ULA (1-877-425-8852."

This is a continuation of the phone hacking articles, regarding the story I broke first in 2005, via a police report I filed, after having my privacy violated in awful ways by thieving Madonna and her Kabbalah crony, Rupert Murdoch. Six months later in 2006, my allegations were proven true with the arrest of News International/News Corp employees, which would be the first of many.

The case that blew it wide open again in the press this year, is that of murdered British teen, Milly Dowler. It was discovered this year that Rupert Murdoch's News International/News Corp hacked into Dowler's mobile phone, copied and used the messages and emails therein, for stories they printed in their newspapers. This was an egregious violation of her privacy.

During the phone hacking, News International/News Corp, also outrageously deleted messages on the missing teen's mobile phone, to make space for new messages, seeking more scoops to print in their newspapers. As stated on the Judiciary Report months ago, it gave her poor parents the "false impression" she had simply run away and sent the police investigation in the wrong direction.

Today, her parents confirmed News International/News Corp's conduct did indeed give them "false hope" that she had run away, rather than been abducted, which must have been devastating. The fact of the matter is young Dowler had been kidnapped, was being held for months, then was murdered by a club bouncer with her body later disposed in the forest.

News Corp's deeds came at a terrible time, misdirecting police efforts. What that poor family has been put through. My condolences to them. News International/News Corp's behavior warrants criminal charges, as there is no excusing this. How this company found themselves into so many places they had no business being is beyond me, but Murdoch and his cult wrongly believe they rule the world and as such nothing is off limits to them.

Side Bar: I received a very credible tip recently from a great law abiding source that Kabbalah/Madonna/Murdoch paid hackers to break into a computer belonging to the U.S. federal government, seeking information regarding any potential investigation on them in conjunction with the phone hacking case. Being the stupid criminals they are, bragged about it to someone they should not have trusted.

FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, gave a hypocritical speech this week, patting himself on the back for the job he has done at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but many online and in legal papers are slamming his conduct as appalling and disgraceful.

Mueller stated this week at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, "There is nothing more rewarding than public service." How would he know. He misused a $15,000,000 government private jet meant for FBI agents on emergency terrorism missions, to fly all over the world in style, eating gourmet meals on the taxpayers' dime, then staying in luxury hotels to deliver useless speeches. As stated on the site before, such conduct from anyone in government posts, is not public service. That’s public disservice. You've cost the taxpayers a fortune.

Furthermore, why are you speaking at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, when FBI agents at the Bureau under your charge, routinely speak of police officers in disrespectful terms, in interdepartmental cases, calling them names like "plebs" and "plebeians" they "don't have to tell anything" during investigations.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but local cops nationwide do a better job than FBI agents. And let's not even talk about that obsession the FBI has with tanking the ATF, which is going to come back to haunt them one day. You are presiding over all that madness and do not deserve to be commended for it.

Mueller is currently on the hot seat for spying on and racially profiling blacks, Muslims and Hispanics in America, in a case that has drawn the ire of the ACLU, who presented proof to illustrate the racist FBI Director has been engaging in said unconstitutional conduct. Mueller also implemented a training program at the FBI that branded all Muslims in America fanatical terrorists or terrorists waiting to happen.

Atlanta rapper, Soulja Boy, real name, DeAndre Cortez Way, was arrested in his home state of Georgia, on a traffic violation, in his black Escalade, which escalated into a search of his vehicle. Officers then found a large amount of marijuana, guns and $70,000 in cash.

If the case is prosecuted due to the large quantity of marijuana, which is not being classified as personal use and they are able to convince the jury Soulja Boy was in possession of the drugs with the intent to distribute (sell) he is going to have a problem on his hands.

If you remember, over a month ago, the Judiciary Report, made the wisecrack, pardon the pun, asking out loud whether Soulja Boy was, "Selling drugs on the side" and advising him to fly commercial, regarding his claims of buying a $35,000,000 private jet (Soulja Boy Buys $55 Million Dollar Jet).

The Miami Beach Police Department pulled a weapon on Beyonce Knowles' sister, Solange Knowles, for being uncooperative and disobeying orders they issued, after she was being disruptive outside a South Beach club.

The eccentric Knowles, was carrying a massive, 5-foot inflated banana when trying to gain admittance into a club. When she was denied entrance to the club, due to the giant fruit, she pulled the race card. The club owners called police, stating she was disturbing the peace.

Knowles continued to be belligerent, even as the police tried to calm the situation, which led to them "pulling a weapon" on her. She later filed a complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department regarding the incident, claiming innocence. The Miami Beach Police Department stated the officers were off duty. So to be clear, Knowles is calling Club Cameo and the Miami Beach Police Department racist.

Side Bar: Why was she trying to go into a club with a 5-foot banana. Though I don't go to clubs, I've seen ads stating they have dress codes. How would a big old banana figure into that. What would the ad say, "Cocktail dress, heels and a 5-foot yellow Chiquita banana."
