CBS News Confirms That FBI Director Robert S. Mueller Lied To Congress About Carrier IQ Spying

In the December 15, 2011 article The FBI Caught Lying About Carrier IQ Spying the Judiciary Report stated, the FBI is hiding the truth about Carrier IQ, when it denied a Freedom of Information Act request on the software, with FBI Director Robert S. Mueller deliberately lying to Congress stating they'd never even contacted the company. A few hours later, CBS News and the Associated Press confirmed Mueller was lying to Congress, via a former employee of Carrier coming forward and stating the FBI had in fact contacted them about their software.

The FBI continues its tradition of lying and deceit, then wonders why the public doesn't trust them. Their well documented history of forcing people to conceal the fact they are using them or their companies to spy on others and or to obtain private records, is working against them in this matter as well (Patriot Act and national security letter abuses scandals, as seen in Congress).

The FBI's blanket spying on innocent people and criminals alike is also not good for business, regarding the U.S. economy. Since the website MuckRock broke the scandal, Carrier IQ, featured on 141,000,000 mobile phones, has been dropped by phone giant Sprint (source: Sprint says it is disabling controversial Carrier IQ software). The Judiciary Report believes law enforcement agencies should have the tools they need to properly conduct investigations, but not a blank check to break the law at innocent people's expense via privacy invasions.

Side Bar: Boy, Mueller was a busy boy this week, lying in Congress about the Death Of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Carrier IQ spying. Lying in Congress is a crime.

The latest pop poop from R&B bleater, Rihanna is flopping again, pulling lower numbers than her last failed CD "Loud." Rihanna's "Talk That Talk" didn't, as the album has no legs and is flopping on the charts. According to Hits Daily Double, the CD is expected to sell 180,000 to 200,000 copies in its first week of release, which cannot sustain a hit album by a major label artist or associated recoup costs.

It will struggle to reach platinum certification, if at all. And truth be told, she will not need to sell that number, because albums shipped and not actually sold, count towards certification, which is an inaccurate and flawed system upon which to gauge success.

During the years Mariah Carey was having sex with Tommy Mottola, which led to a nasty divorce from his wife of 20-years, he would flood the market with her CDs to gain certifications she did not earn, as a massive number of the CDs were sitting on the shelves unsold. But it allowed her to falsely claim she sold a gazillion records. She was claiming astronomical numbers that did not square with the facts.

The minute Carey left the label, where his people were still embedded, her albums began flopping, as Mottola was not there anymore to provide the smoke and mirrors, which he handsomely profited from as well in receiving a chunk of her royalties on inflated numbers.

Mariah Yeater has been caught in a serious lie and one that could cost her plenty. The 20-year-old’s claims that pop star, Justin Bieber, a minor of 17-years, impregnated her when he was 16, backstage in a bathroom after one of his concerts (where did he find the energy after his show?) has unraveled like a present, but she certainly shall not look upon the exposé as a gift.

TMZ (who else) got a hold of Yeater’s private text messages (they probably paid for), revealing her plotting with a friend to delete old items revealing her family’s admission that her 4-month old was fathered by her ex-boyfriend, Robbie and not Justin Bieber.

Yeater promised the friend a cut of the money that would come from shaking down Bieber, if said individual would shut up about what he knows and delete messages referring to "Robbie" being the dad (*cue "Billie Jean" music*).

The Judiciary Report thinks Yeater is an adult, knew what she was doing, has committed fraud and extortion and should face jail time. Bieber looked so stunned and upset these past few weeks over a story that is looking like an outright lie. A civil case is not good enough to address the misconduct and someone in authority needs to intervene for the sake of the baby.

Desperate, jacked up media whore and perpetual thief, Madonna, leaked a track to the internet yesterday, believing it would create a buzz for her forthcoming, soon to flop CD. However, the song was largely ignored by the internet and panned by those that bothered to download the piece of trash. Madonna's plan of becoming Grandma Gaga is backfiring already.

The world has moved on, but she clearly has not. It will be amusing reading pop culture blogs and entertainment news sites with Madonna's paid for, placed posts, featuring her tripping all over herself trying to outdo Lady Gaga and others in said genre.

Right before each album, Madonna, like a certain other singer, gets plastic surgery done (but she looks worse each time). It's hilarious watching her knocking herself out in trying to fool the world that she is 21 (Photoshop, CGI, NASA). She needs to let it go already, because she is making a fool of herself. She looks older than her age, yet is dressed like a teenager. Explain that. She makes Lindsay Lohan look like a fresh faced fetus.

Since envious Madonna has decided to do one of her usual rip-off jobs, in stealing the image and music of other singers, squarely targeting Lady Gaga this time, to name and shame her dishonesty, greed and covetousness, the public should call her Grandma Gaga.

Madonna loves to take credit for Lady Gaga, but let’s face it, the younger artist came out imitating David Bowie and Grace Jones. It wasn’t until Madonna got her involved in Kabablah and convinced her they are the illuminati (LOL) that Gaga’s image changed into what the Hollywood cult dictated.

I don’t agree with the illuminati and devil themes in Lady Gaga’s music, but really, how is Madonna going to compete with her. Lady Gaga can actually sing and play the piano. She is far better looking than Madonna and in a youth oriented market that is working against the latter.

It’s not like Madonna is an attractive fifty-something woman, as that would grant her a pass. She wasn’t even considered attractive when she was Gaga’s age. Every male blogger has pronounced Madonna not hot (she hasn’t paid them enough). She is to them the anti-Viagra that is the musical equivalent of a cold shower.

She is an entertainer that refuses to accept her time is over and audiences have moved on from her. There was nothing there in the first place. Furthermore, she’s racked up so many terrible human rights scandals, from baby stealing to charity money stealing to abusing immigrants, people do not like her anymore…only those on her payroll.

When you are so horrible to people that you reach the point you have to pay young men to date you, becoming the laughing stock of London and New York social circles, who are privy to your arrangements, it’s time to look in the mirror (and hope it does not crack) and ask yourself why people can’t stand you.

She oozes hatred, envy and jealousy. She goes around harming and destroying the lives of innocent people in different nations. She's destroyed the mental health of young Hollywood with her sick, pseudo religion, which is actually a mentally ill cult.

I was told by someone informed of her wicked ways in Hollywood that when she constantly calls younger members of Kabbalah, they role their eyes, as it is irritating and they know she is about to propose something crazy they do not want to do.

However, as she has illegally promised them songs, videos and movie parts, in stolen projects to further their careers, which was confirmed by a lawyer and told to me by a friend that knows the industry like the back of his hand. They tolerate her illegal rubbish long enough to get what they want, but underneath it all, they hate and resent her and the meddling in their lives, as she even tries to tell them who to date and who to dump.

Madonna and Kabbalah are also telling members of the cult not to pay attention to what their families tell them. According to psychologists, cults routinely try to isolate members from their families, to fully control them without outside interference.

In the 1990s, when Courtney Love became famous with rock band, Hole, she accused pop tart Madonna of hiring away her stylist, hair stylist and make-up artist. She also tried to duplicate her sound. I tend to believe this claim, as shortly after Love's debut, Madonna began looking just like her, in a nasty habit she has of stealing others' music and images for profit, as she has no talent or creativity. Her entire career has been a fraud, based on stealing other people's preexisting copyrights.

This week it was reported, crazy Madonna is moving in on Lady Gaga's team, trying to sign with her label and creative staff, for her next soon to flop CD (please remember to boycott it over the sick things she did in this case). When Britney Spears became famous, not long after, Madonna began contacting and leeching off of her as well. Many websites state Madonna tried to drain the youth from Spears. She got the younger singer (and others who later went crazy) involved in Kabbalah and it marked Spears' descent into currently incurable mental illness, leaving her under a court ordered conservatorship.

Madonna has a sick habit of harassing and haranguing people, with her vile, overbearing, obsessive, over the top personality. She is a parasite. On his deathbed at a hospital, a gay film director blamed Madonna for the heart attack he sustained that killed him shortly after. He stated Madonna so harassed, hounded, terrorized and stalked him during the making of his last film she took part in, his heart gave out and he suffered cardiac arrest. I don't know why she is so abrasive and nasty. What is wrong with that madwoman. She is the spawn of the devil. Only mentally ill people terrorize others like that. It is not normal human behavior.

Madonna's career has gone right down the drain since the ill-fated "American Life" album. She has never bounced back according to Soundscan sales figures. Her last CD "Hard Candy" didn't even go gold in America (number of records scanned). She is looking for a comeback that I am asking you to boycott for the aforementioned reasons and the fact this woman has never released an album without criminally stealing someone's copyright she takes credit and payment for. Her entire career is a lie.

Her next reinvention will be weirdly transforming into Lady Gaga, minus the singing talent, musical ability and youth. There will be more "mutton dressed as lamb" too, in her futile quest to look 21, when she looks all of 60. Expect more copyright infringement as well, as she has no talent.

Madonna relies on stealing other people's preexisting intellectual property to make it appear she can write and uses a gang of background singers in the studio, with producers turning their voices up and hers down. It's all smoke and mirrors from a madwoman that keeps embarrassing herself, refusing to accept the fact her time has past. Considering her entire career is based on copyright theft and bribing journalists and now bloggers for site placement, she should not have been famous in the first place. There is absolutely no talent there.

Friday, November 4th 2011 - In perhaps the ultimate wig snatch attempt, Madonna next studio album will reportedly be released on the same label as Pop rival Lady GaGa... According to the ever-reliable Madonna Tribe, the follow-up to 2008's ‘Hard Candy’ will arrive on Interscope within the early half of next year. The Jimmy Iovine helmed label, which has been the longtime home of the paw purveyor, will apparently serve as the distributor and prime promotion driver for the project.

However we, here at That Grape Juice, can’t but wonder how this will implicate the label’s breadwinner, Lady GaGa (if it will at all). For, even the most successful of labels, are often ill-equipped to handle two megastars on the same roster (see: Def Jam does Janet & Mariah circa 2008)...Whatever the case, all signs point to new Madonna material being around the corner. As such, we’ve not long to see how this’ll all play out!

Miami, Florida federal courthouse is a den of corruption

The Florida court system went bankrupt this month, requiring Governor Rick Scott to issue an emergency $46,000,000 loan to keep the courts open. A few years ago, I warned this would happen if the corruption in the court system continued, which I witnessed and wrote about online firsthand, regarding the Madonna and FBI cases in Florida.

I did state if the public lost faith in the integrity of the judicial system, revenues would go down, as people would stop wasting their money filing cases, choosing other non-court services to resolve disputes, due to the corrupt decisions they saw emanate from certain judges.

Revenues did go down and all they court were relying on to stay afloat is foreclosure filings by banks, which is corrupt, as some of it is due to illegal robo-signings. But when foreclosure filings began slowing down over the past several months, court revenues took a second hit it could not sustain. What a way to make money - putting people out of their homes they worked hard for over the course of many years.

Regarding the Madonna (2005) and FBI (2009) cases (Aisha v. FBI), nobody wants to see that corrupt mess coming from the courts. Have you any idea of how repugnant you look to the nation and the watching world as judges when you engage in corruption. People aren't stupid. People all over the world know what you've done. No one is impressed by that insidiousness. Do you really think people respect you for that garbage.

Rick Scott: you better pay me that money back!

Congress did not give you the authority to criminally strip people of their property and assets, to benefit stocks and other incentives you criminally accepted from defendants breaking the law, who stole from hardworking people. All of you that have done this are a disgrace. You deserved to be named and shamed.

Once again, you won the battle, but lost the war. You can't fight the internet (because now millions know and have shunned you). It will get you every time. If the courts would act with integrity, giving everyone a fair shake in accordance with the law, with certain judges refraining from taking bribes from the corporate sector, the U.S. financial crisis of 2008 would not have taken root as it did and revenues would be healthy all around.

The courts, particularly the federal section, shot down key lawsuits warning and complaining of grand scale theft and fraud from certain corporate entities, which allowed the criminal conduct to continue unimpeded, destroying the economy. Key lawsuits, in unrelated legal actions, by different people, were filed against lawbreaking banks, financial institutions, thieving entertainment companies and ponzi schemers like Bernie Madoff and R. Allen Standford (over a decade before they were arrested) for defrauding, robbing and gouging the public, but corrupt judges dismissed the cases, allowing said lawbreakers to go on and wreak worse havoc in America, costing the nation trillions of dollars.

At the end of the day, you have to accept the fact, thieves and frauds do not create and contribute to society, they only take from and destroy it. These judges and the FBI/DOJ were the nation's first line of defense against this criminality and they failed spectacularly.

For this criminal conduct, Madonna and her greedy cult are currently under criminal investigation by the IRS and supposedly the FBI as well based on press announcements (but hey, the FBI takes bribes to their own public disgrace, so don't hold your breath on them actually bringing justice and following the law).

I'll back the NFL on most things, but this, absolutely not. You have a league full of black people, who descend from Africa and it is insensitive that a Civil Rights Act violating, charity money stealing, black people exploiting singer is scheduled to croak out her stolen songs during halftime. It is disrespectful to black people on the whole under the circumstances and Malawi in general.

That madwoman promised them she would build a school, bulldozed their village, then quickly abandoned them, to go spend the money she raised in their poor nation's name. Having her on the Half Time Show sends the negative message, break the law, exploit blacks and you will be rewarded. Certainly there are better established musical acts, whether white, black or Hispanic, more deserving of the honor.

FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, gave a hypocritical speech this week, patting himself on the back for the job he has done at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, but many online and in legal papers are slamming his conduct as appalling and disgraceful.

Mueller stated this week at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, "There is nothing more rewarding than public service." How would he know. He misused a $15,000,000 government private jet meant for FBI agents on emergency terrorism missions, to fly all over the world in style, eating gourmet meals on the taxpayers' dime, then staying in luxury hotels to deliver useless speeches. As stated on the site before, such conduct from anyone in government posts, is not public service. That’s public disservice. You've cost the taxpayers a fortune.

Furthermore, why are you speaking at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference, when FBI agents at the Bureau under your charge, routinely speak of police officers in disrespectful terms, in interdepartmental cases, calling them names like "plebs" and "plebeians" they "don't have to tell anything" during investigations.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but local cops nationwide do a better job than FBI agents. And let's not even talk about that obsession the FBI has with tanking the ATF, which is going to come back to haunt them one day. You are presiding over all that madness and do not deserve to be commended for it.

Mueller is currently on the hot seat for spying on and racially profiling blacks, Muslims and Hispanics in America, in a case that has drawn the ire of the ACLU, who presented proof to illustrate the racist FBI Director has been engaging in said unconstitutional conduct. Mueller also implemented a training program at the FBI that branded all Muslims in America fanatical terrorists or terrorists waiting to happen.
