After heavy public criticism in domestic and international papers and on websites, regarding their expensive $4,000,000 Hawaii Christmas vacation during negative financial times, President Obama and his family have been making public appearances to meet with service members and potential everyday voters.

The president was seen posing with babies and children in photographs. One baby in particular got all the attention. Depending on which publication you read, the baby either popped Obama in the mouth or tried to grab his nose. The slap on the mouth may indicate the baby is a Republican (kidding).

20-year-old Mariah Yeater is still insisting teen singer, Justin Bieber, 17, is the dad of her 5-month-old son. The DNA tests have not come back yet to determine paternity, but she is still making these claims to anyone that will listen. She is also demanding a new paternity test, claiming the first one was inadequate.

Despite the fact Yeater's ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, who is currently incarcerated, stated publicly that she lied about Bieber for $50,000, she has brushed his points aside stating, "Yes, I know him. He is not the father, and he’s locked up and out of the picture.” Powell, however, thinks he is the baby's father.

Yeater, who also has a criminal record, accused two other men she knows of impregnating her, before finally homing in on Bieber, who says he has never met her and maintains she is lying. In the meantime, the singer was spotted at the hospital, as the mother of his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, suffered a miscarriage last week.

Robbie Powell, the ex-boyfriend and suspected dad of Mariah Yeater's baby Tristyn, is stating she lied about 17-year-old teen singer, Justin Bieber, claiming he fathered her 4-month old in a seedy fling in a bathroom. Powell states Yeater was paid $50,000 for lying about the paternity of her baby, blaming it on Bieber, who maintains the two never met.

Yeater still has not revealed when she did her part for the paternity test she demanded Bieber take, by bringing her child in to be tested. If it is proven Bieber is not the father of Yeater's child, she will be subject to an extensive lawsuit, which could include, but would not be limited to, claims of defamation of character, slander, libel and malice. It is unlikely Yeater would prevail in court under said circumstances and any judgment would wipe out the $50,000 she was allegedly paid, based on Bieber's legal fees alone.

In the event the first test states Bieber is not the father of Yeater's child, as many believe, she will cry foul regarding the testing having been compromised in a conspiracy and start the dispute up all over again. This would grant her more press time and money. Time to draw this case to a close.

A new video has surfaced today that reveals Justin Bieber accuser, Mariah Yeater, smoking weed after proclaiming, "We're about to get high." Star magazine is stating Yeater did drugs in the presence of a little girl and they have the video to prove it. Weeks ago, on November 4, 2011 in the article New Photos Released Of The Woman Justin Bieber Allegedly Impregnated Make Her Look Mentally Unwell the Judiciary Report did refer to Yeater as someone that looks like she is on drugs ("her eyes look like she is on something" ).

This news will negatively impact her claims about Bieber having fathered her 4-month-old son in an aggressive tryst in an arena bathroom, when her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, later came forward claiming the baby is his child. For the one millionth time, the state needs to intervene for the sake of the baby.

Today, Yeater's ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, has come forward stating he is the father of her 4-month-old son Tristyn and is willing to take a DNA test to prove it, as he is tired of her using the baby for publicity and money. Yeater's family also expressed in emails that Powell is the dad. This is a "Maury! Maury! Maury!" Povich moment. Seriously, this poor little baby, who is adorable, needs to grow up with confidence knowing who his dad is and not based on what is being speculated.

R&B copyright thief, Beyonce Knowles, is being slammed by a number of major blogs in another round of criticism, over her pregnancy being fake and completely staged. Bloggers are usually kind to pregnant women, giving them a pass websites to avoid the usual critiques.

However, Knowles has messed up so many times during her pretend pregnancy, even mainstream newspapers and news sites are reporting on the questionable inconsistencies and slip ups. Many believe Knowles pretending to be pregnant for publicity

Her most recently flub up was appearing on the Jimmy Fallon Show two weeks ago with a flat stomach, so she could gyrate around the stage in a skimpy outfit to promote her failed and flopped album "4." Knowles’ publicist, responding to massive criticism on Twitter against her client, told the public that she had taped the show 3-months prior. But even 3-months before the incident, Knowles was showing off a big belly bump, albeit prosthetic, at the MTV Awards.

Furthermore, Fallon sent out an item to people on his social networking page stating Knowles was there in the studio performing the weekend the program aired (not three months prior as her publicist claimed).

Now comes word Knowles, who is followed by the paparazzi every single day, has not been to an obstetrician even once during her pregnancy, which simply is not done. It is being stated by other websites, all the buildings Knowles was photographed going into over the past few months, do not have medical offices in them.

Bear in mind, Knowles, who is now allegedly claiming to be 8-months pregnant, when earlier in the month it was said she is in her 6th month of pregnancy, reportedly has not seen an obstetrician even once! Not to mention, she has not really gained weight, just keeps sporting a shifting, bending, folding and creasing prosthetic baby bump. Even Victoria Beckham gained more weight during her pregnancy than Knowles has and she is anorexic.

The pregnancy due date was moved up to rush out another album early next year, seeking to capitalize on the birth of her surrogate’s baby - that she will pretend is her own.

A few of her supporters are claiming obstetricians could have come to her home as she is wealthy (from stealing copyrights). However, that claim is questionable. The machines required to do pregnancy scans are large and generally not portable for home use. Which obstetrician is going to lug scanning equipment weighing a ton and stir ups to a crazy star’s home.

It is also being publicly noted, Knowles has been flying on planes during her third trimester, which can cause problems during a pregnancy. None of the aforementioned facts look good regarding Knowles' behavior. As the Wendy Williams Show noted, Knowles is having the strangest pregnancy, voicing doubts she is even pregnant at all.

The lawyers for 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, who has accused pop singer, Justin Bieber, of impregnating her backstage at one of his Los Angles concerts, in a seedy bathroom tryst in 2010, is still demanding the star take a second paternity test. Yeater's attorneys still contend the test Bieber took last week is no good, because they were not present to make sure there was no tampering.

Bieber's camp has yet to comment on whether he will take a second test to appease Yeater's lawyers. After all this antagonization and scandal, if it is shown Bieber is not the father, as the public suspects, due to claims made by Yeater in text messages, indicating the baby is her ex-boyfriend's child, the Judiciary Report is of the belief there should be criminal charges, rather than a plain old civil suit.

Justin Bieber Took The Paternity Test And Is Waiting For Accuser Mariah Yeater To Do The Same

Justin Bieber at the American Music Awards yesterday, wearing an outfit that proves his stylist needs to be slapped. Speaking of that, who gave him the Richie Rich hairdo. He's a nice looking kid, but people need to stop taking these risky style choices with him, because the internet will let him have it.

17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, took a paternity test, due to the claims of 20-year-old fan, Mariah Yeater, insisting he fathered her 4-month-old son, backstage in a bathroom after his Los Angeles concert in 2010. Bieber's representatives stated, it is now up to Yeater do her part in completing the DNA tests to determine paternity. Bieber still plans to sue for defamation, which under the circumstances is appropriate.

Last week, Yeater was outed as promising a friend a bribe from any potential settlement money she obtained from Bieber, if said person would delete text messages from her family claiming the child's father is actually her ex-boyfriend, Robbie. Mariah Yeater has been caught in a serious lie and one that could cost her plenty. The 20-year-old’s claims that pop star, Justin Bieber, a minor of 17-years, impregnated her when he was 16, backstage in a bathroom after one of his concerts (where did he find the energy after his show?) has unraveled like a present, but she certainly shall not look upon the exposé as a gift.

TMZ (who else) got a hold of Yeater’s private text messages (they probably paid for), revealing her plotting with a friend to delete old items revealing her family’s admission that her 4-month old was fathered by her ex-boyfriend, Robbie and not Justin Bieber.

Yeater promised the friend a cut of the money that would come from shaking down Bieber, if said individual would shut up about what he knows and delete messages referring to "Robbie" being the dad (*cue "Billie Jean" music*).

The Judiciary Report thinks Yeater is an adult, knew what she was doing, has committed fraud and extortion and should face jail time. Bieber looked so stunned and upset these past few weeks over a story that is looking like an outright lie. A civil case is not good enough to address the misconduct and someone in authority needs to intervene for the sake of the baby.

Mariah Yeater, the 20-year-old woman that sued pop singer, Justin Bieber, 17, regarding her 4-month old son, has dropped the paternity lawsuit she brought against him, one month shy of DNA tests being taken. Her lawyers also allegedly quit the case. Bieber's representatives state, his attorney will still pursue a lawsuit against Yeater for defamation and malice, in making claims he says are false.

The Judiciary Report believes Bieber should still take the DNA test, as there are some online that believe Yeater's claims, which has damaged his name. In order to clear his name from this scandal she has created, a DNA test should be administered. Yeater's conduct also warrants state intervention for the sake of her child, as her social networking profiles indicate she is a troubled woman with mental issues, preying on different men she has accused of fathering the same baby.

This is not to imply a star can't impregnate someone they'd just met, because some have done so and later been proven parents by paternity tests. Some entertainers are wild and very indiscriminate. There is one artist in particular I was told of by an industry insider, who had women literally lining up to have sex with him in the bathroom and bedroom of his room while on tour. These were strangers invited to a party at a villa he rented while on the road performing, where the only prerequisite to get close to him was to be good looking.

Yeater's past spells lack of credibility and that has worked against her. Furthermore, this has to do with her child's future - no mom convinced of paternity would give up that easily and drop the lawsuit. Another thing, how was she hoping to settle this matter, as she claims, without going to court. Was Bieber supposed to pay her off with a $300,000 check to keep his name off a birth certificate, without taking a DNA test. For argument's sake, how would that be fair to the child, who she alleges is his offspring. This was one massive shakedown effort gone wrong.

Her publicist quickly released an item claiming the Jimmy Kimmel performance was recorded 3-months ago. Oh really. However, as some are now pointing out online, 3-months ago Knowles revealed her prominent baby bump at MTV Awards. Why was it not showing on Jimmy Kimmel's show, then.

In the video interview posted below of 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, a Justin Bieber fan, speaking of meeting and having sex with him in a bathroom backstage at one of his concerts, she makes him sound like a sexual predator that broke the law in coming after her, when her social networking profile gives her that image. It is unlawful for an adult of 19-years of age to have sex with a minor of 16.

In referring to Bieber, Yeater said and I quote, "his whole demeanor changed" and he became "aggressive." One is used to reading such comments from sexual assault and rape victims. Yeater gives the impression he violated her, when she indicated she voluntarily went into the bathroom with him, in a story the Judiciary Report does not believe.

So much about it does not add up and it is a story that does not help women, especially young girls, who were actually taken advantage of by men, to come forward and be believed. Yeater needs to tell the truth about what happened, as the story does not make sense.
