Congressman Dana Rohrabacher leveled scathing condemnation on Radar Online, of the reality TV family, who are known for their greed and media chasing ways. In response to the current scandal alleging the family uses "slave labor" and "child labor" to make their fashionline, the congressman stated, "They don’t give a damn about the American people."

Many online have slammed the news that she is the choice for the half time show, stating she is a terrible selection. She better hope she doesn't get booed.

At the end of the day, anyone robbing and exploiting starving Africans which include children, to maintain her luxury lifestyle while they die from poverty and disease or viciously harasses and threatens an ethnic group for foul, inexcusable reasons, should not be on television or the radio. She is an evil ball of hatred and greed, going around seething looking for someone to harm and defraud.

Interscope Records is releasing her forthcoming CD, which is also the label Lady GaGa records for and is their top entertainer. Madonna started stalking GaGa the minute she got any buzz and has been acting like a groupie ever since, trying to ride her coattails. She intends to directly compete with Gaga, which is going to cause problems at Interscope. It is being said Gaga is not happy with the move, as Madonna is well-known for flat out stealing from entertainers, as the basis for her entire career. With her that close at Interscope, Gaga projects will get snatched that much quicker when she starts harassing and paying off staff. But she never does the work she steals any justice, as she is a pathetic pretender, who is devoid of talent.

She is out of her league trying to compete with Gaga. While the younger singer is unoriginal, as seen in various copyright infringement claims, so is the older one and to worse degrees. It should be noted, Gaga has youth on her side and that young demographic as a result. She can also sing, where Madonna simply cannot and never has been able to in anyway, relying on studio gadgetry to stop listeners ears from completely bleeding.

Since Madonna and her crazy religious cult, which is under criminal investigation, like to interfere in people's lives and harass and terrorize others, here's a bit of industry talk for you. She is not getting along with her daughter, who she drags all over the industry to very grown up and inappropriate events and the girl is complaining she can't wait to turn eighteen and leave her house. Living with "Mommy Dearest" is clearly a nightmare. She is also fighting with Guy Ritchie over how their son is being raised in an effeminate manner. Well, his uncle is gay and she still dates Miami lesbian Ingrid Caseres, so what does he expect...

Yeater, who also has a criminal record, accused two other men she knows of impregnating her, before finally homing in on Bieber, who says he has never met her and maintains she is lying. I have a better idea. You have to cover all your bases. Too violent? Okay, in stead of a pit of alligators, how about a cauldron of crocodiles (after the first bite the animals would die of silicone poisoning).

The president is not using the correct methods of finance and budgeting the correct the economy. The Hill Poll: Obama Won’t Win Re-Election

Monday, 19 Dec 2011 11:52 AM - A plurality of likely voters believes President Barack Obama will lose his re-election bid next year, according to a new poll by The Hill. The survey showed 46 percent of respondents think Obama will lose, while 41 percent believe he will win.

Among independents, who will likely determine the election’s outcome, 43 percent see Obama getting re-elected and 40 percent don’t. That 3-percentage-point gap matches the poll’s margin of error.

Given those numbers, it’s not too surprising that voters don’t give the president high marks for his first term. A majority 51 percent of respondents regard Obama as either a failure (37 percent) or not very successful (14 percent). Meanwhile, 48 percent say he was either very successful (16 percent) or somewhat successful (32 percent)...

When a then Senator Obama ran for the job of President of the United States, he mounted a grass roots campaign, misleading the populace that he was in favor of the poor and would change things for the better. Three years on he has changed things for the worst. Despite public warnings, he spent the nation into a bigger financial hole, refused to make necessary budget cuts and did not tax the rich to bring in much needed tax revenue. Now he seeks a second term to do more of the same and America would collapse under that debt trajectory he has planned.

Obama went to Washington and fell in line with the corruption, spending taxpayer money on fruitless endeavors that trample decency and thrift in favor of greed and mercilessness to the poor. He has compromised and sold out the American people in favor of rich donors called "bundlers" (bring in $250,000 each) as they sought him to champion their hedonistic, greedy, unethical lifestyles, which is why his presidency has failed. It's time he admits that and stop playing the people for fools. What he did has not worked for the economy.

When you can boast your time in office resulted in child poverty reaching an all time high and a record number of Americans losing their homes, cars, savings and jobs, with some U.S. states surpassing Great Depression levels in unemployment, you have failed. It's only a matter of time before other states catch up if the problem is not corrected. Own up to it. You did the wrong thing and now millions are suffering (see Obama's "shovel ready" jobs fiasco). It's been three years since Bush kick started this financial nightmare and Obama has not been the sweet dream to remedy it. He has been the sequel.

Some play the race card in attempting to defend the past three abysmal years, but do look at the numbers, black people in America are poorer than they've ever been. Stop making everything about race. Look at the facts. As a black person I wanted him to succeed as the first black president of America, but the public has seen such treachery from him.

He has repeatedly looked the other way to the unthinkable, which is a bad sign. He has done the wrong thing on a number of issues and many have been hurt because of it. He is the one that needs change, as in he needs to change and stop dishonoring black people everywhere that went to bat for him, only for him to spectacularly strike out.

Former members of Scientology that have fled the cult have stated children are being sexually molested at sea in international waters, where the cult believes they are free to do as they please, outside U.S. jurisdiction, where it is headquartered (Los Angles, California). Their victims come from America and other nations of the world and all tell the same story of mind numbing physical and mental abuse, whilst being fleeced of all their money and worldly possessions.

For those of you thinking about joining Scientology, think again. It is a cult with a terrible history of awful court cases against it for severe abuse, robbery, assault, tax evasion and financial theft. Roughly 100 of its members have died in so-called accidents and suicides, which court cases and witnesses stated were more like murder under the cult's "Fair Game" practice of silencing dissidents.

R&B singer, Usher Raymond, 32, who signed teen pop star, Justin Bieber, 17, to a record deal, is in hot water today, as his ex-wife, the vindictive, Tameka Foster Raymond, has filed papers with the court, to strip him of custody of their two children. The couple currently have a joint custody agreement, regarding their sons that Foster alleges Raymond is not upholding.

Years ago the Judiciary Report repeatedly stated Foster is blackmailing Raymond, holding something over his head. At first I thought it was just the bisexual thing, but the latest incendiary reports indicate Raymond is a cocaine user. Previously, I knew of his fondness for weed, but cocaine is another story. That is no joke.

Foster demanded in court papers that Raymond take a drug test and USHER REFUSED. That doesn't look good regarding his sobriety. Dude is running from drug tests like his name is Lindsay Lohan (you really thought I'd do a drug article and not mention Lohan - girlfriend must have a royalty or patent of some kind on cocaine by now - she owns it).

Unless Foster had a clause in their divorce settlement, stating she is entitled to money from Raymond's future earnings, the judge is under no obligation to revisit his fiancés in this regard. Cases of that nature have failed in Hollywood (Atlanta courts may rule differently - you never know).

Foster is being greedy. This whole palaver is over the Saks Fifth Avenue credit card. She knew all this time that Usher has serious issues with drugs, in addition to mental health problems, now all of a sudden she is concerned about her kids welfare when he is present.

Not to mention, as past incidents have shown, she is more violent than he is, threatening to beat up people in Atlanta that wrote unflattering items about her and keying Raymond's luxury car in Los Angeles, because he began dating another woman after leaving her. If you cared that much you'd force him into rehab using the courts, not employ your kids as pawns to have your Saks Fifth Avenue credit card reinstated.

The Daily Mail newspaper in Britain is not owned by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp, which is currently embroiled in a terrible phone hacking scandal that I broke first via filing a police complaint, but they are committing the same crimes as well, which I will illustrate in this article, as I am sick of that newspaper and their privacy intrusions that continue to this day.

Once again, the common denominator in all of this, with emphasis on the word common, is Madonna. Her unlawful behavior is what alerted me to the criminal misconduct of her fellow Kabbalah member, Rupert Murdoch and his News Corp company, which triggered the aforementioned 2005 Metropolitan Police complaint I filed, blowing the whistle on their perverse conduct spying on people, via illegal practices, such as phone hacking.

I’ve been writing online for several months that the Daily Mail is also involved in criminal phone hacking, among other things (as is the BBC). Shortly after I wrote said articles on the Judiciary Report, regarding the Daily Mail, lawmakers and legal authorities in London, England publicly stated the criminal practice of phone hacking has been occurring at other newspapers as well and is not solely confined to those belonging to Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.

I noticed the criminal phone hacking regarding the Daily Mail more recently and their behavior, in tandem with ringleader and pervert Madonna, has become very arrogant, intrusive and downright disgusting. It began happening after I would lawfully and publicly quote or link to items from the Daily Mail UK on the Judiciary Report, a practice most journalists and bloggers do regarding a number of sites, as allowed by law.

However, Madonna and the Kabbalah Center, who are under criminal investigation by two federal agencies in America (the IRS and supposedly the FBI), read my websites everyday, as attested by site statistics. I have noticed, when I write about certain people or topics or link to a website, Madonna and Kabbalah publicly hire for a project or try to rope the person into their religious cult or begin placing paid items on that site/publication about themselves, along with copyright infringing items contained in the pieces.

Next it turned into arrogantly printing items in the Daily Mail attributing them to Madonna and or the newspaper, that were criminally lifted from my previous business and personal phone calls and text messages VERBATIM (word for word). In short, they began turning my emails, text messages and phone calls they wiretapped into Madonna articles in the Daily Mail. They've done this dozens of times.

It is being done utilizing the dirty practice of phone hacking and illegal wiretapping, crimes Madonna and Kabbalah's private investigator in America, Anthony Pellicano went to prison for, prompting them to hire new snoops, such as Gavin De Becker, who is actively breaking the law in several nations.

For example, I copyrighted an item for a forthcoming patent called the "Seeing Eye Phone" with the Library of Congress, which is a device whose goal is to help blind people, see via a specialized ray of vision from the phone's camera and an additional apparatus. The name I chose "Seeing Eye Phone" comes from the term "seeing eye dog" which blind people use as a guide to walk around town. I also did what experts refer to as a "poor man’s copyright" where you can text, email or mail an item to yourself, which serves as an instant copyright that is good in international courts of law, as recognized by the United Nations and its WIPO.

I sent myself a private text messages to my private email box for my website www.aishamusic.com as a reminder about the "Seeing Eye Phone." I get so many ideas all the time, so some of them I text or email to my main email box when I have no paper handy to jot them down or text a reminder to my main email box I am in off, regarding a previous item (a reminder to work on the previously copyrighted item some more).

I sent a text from my phone to my email box regarding the "Seeing Eye Phone" as a reminder, as it is an item that I copyrighted and had previously placed a time stamp on via a third method of proving authorship and the date thereof. The date on my text message to my email box is June 4, 2011:

ONE MONTH LATER on July 5, 2011, the Daily Mail in conjunction with Madonna, after engaging in phone hacking and hacking, passed on my previous, private text message I'd sent to my email box about the "Seeing Eye Phone" to someone at Oxford University in England, who is dishonestly and fraudulently taking credit for it in conduct that constitutes a string of criminal felonies in three nations.

As mentioned previous, chronic thief Madonna and her criminal conduct regarding copyright theft, among other things, as described here in this lawsuit, has interfered with the release of my forthcoming cancer and AIDS patents, regarding improving human health and prolonging life (click here for more information).

It's a very dangerous thing they are doing, regarding a fool like Madonna, with the IQ of a piece of plywood, attempting to play around with health and science items she and her fellow fools do not understand. When one steals a copyrighted piece of entertainment, such as a song, as Madonna so frequently does then illegally takes credit for, the work is devalued and damaged and the true owner defrauded, via the Hollywood practice of changing a line or two in a vain bid to camouflage the theft. However, when one attempts to steal a health and science product and plays around with it, in bids at concealing the theft, innocent sick people could die when idiots start trying to alter elements thereof.

Knowing the arrogant fool Madonna is, she will try to bribe someone, as she has been outed for doing in the past, while thinking nothing will come of her criminal conduct, but mark my words, everything is going to come of it where the law is concerned, especially regarding this latest incident.

Side Bar: Another item of note. I've observed items from me and my family's preexisting emails, medical records on my computer and phone calls to doctors and nurses, in relation to our physical health, later criminally excerpted word for word in the Daily Mail on several occasions, for medical articles in their newspaper, which is abominable. It also constitutes gross and egregious criminal violations of HIPAA laws.

I've saved all the offending medical articles and infringing articles about Madonna from the Daily Mail (and Murdoch's newspapers) and will make them public along with my private, preexisting emails, texts and other time stamped items for comparison, to show you the public, how much these animals have violated me and my family in their greed and quest for money. The evidence is irrefutable and undeniable.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what you get when you buy papers like the Daily Mail and those belonging to Rupert Murdoch's News Corp - criminal invasion of privacy violating innocent people for profit.

Conrad Murray, the doctor of pop singer Michael Jackson at the time of his death from a Propofol overdose, has been sentenced to 4-years in jail in California. Due to overcrowding issues, experts estimate Murray will only serve half that time, while TMZ states he will get house arrest, due to being a first time offender.

Murray deserves more time in jail, actually prison, as someone has died in his care, under preventable circumstances, based in recklessness and negligence, which any doctor or scientist should know would induce death. You just can't give someone that much medication of that class (drug designation) in one go. Murray is no fool. He should have known.

Judge Pastor gave Murray the maximum sentence he could mete out under state law, which the singer's mother, Katherine Jackson commended. The rest is up to the jail system. Pastor cited Murray's shocking lack of remorse and refusal to accept responsibility in the singer's death, which is true. In a letter to the judge requesting leniency, Murray's mother expressed more contrition than he did, when she was not the one that committed the crime. All the signs are there Murray obtained potent pharmaceutical drugs in the wrong medical setting for a quick payday and fame by association.

The latest pop poop from R&B bleater, Rihanna is flopping again, pulling lower numbers than her last failed CD "Loud." Rihanna's "Talk That Talk" didn't, as the album has no legs and is flopping on the charts. According to Hits Daily Double, the CD is expected to sell 180,000 to 200,000 copies in its first week of release, which cannot sustain a hit album by a major label artist or associated recoup costs.

It will struggle to reach platinum certification, if at all. And truth be told, she will not need to sell that number, because albums shipped and not actually sold, count towards certification, which is an inaccurate and flawed system upon which to gauge success.

During the years Mariah Carey was having sex with Tommy Mottola, which led to a nasty divorce from his wife of 20-years, he would flood the market with her CDs to gain certifications she did not earn, as a massive number of the CDs were sitting on the shelves unsold. But it allowed her to falsely claim she sold a gazillion records. She was claiming astronomical numbers that did not square with the facts.

The minute Carey left the label, where his people were still embedded, her albums began flopping, as Mottola was not there anymore to provide the smoke and mirrors, which he handsomely profited from as well in receiving a chunk of her royalties on inflated numbers.

As was to be expected, publicity hound, Kim Kardashian, is painting herself the victim, after filing for divorce 72-days after marrying basketball star, Kris Humphries, who is against the split. In a futile effort to protect the damaged Kardashian brand, the family is spinning the story to paint Humphries as the villain and Kardashian as the innocent fairy princess (that reportedly just happened to get peed on in a sex tape she conveniently used to make herself famous).

Filing for divorce on Halloween was a publicity stunt to grab maximum headlines in a calculated effort to remain relevant with no talent suited to the entertainment industry (I said entertainment industry, not porn industry). Caught off guard by the massive public backlash that ensued, as there are still people in the world that take marriage seriously, Kardashian has been going into overdrive to appear the victim. After one admits one got married for the sake of the sensationalism accompanying a reality show, no one believes that victim line. The weird part is Kardashian is actually seething about the negative press, when she brought this on herself.

Side Bar: If they were truly worried about the Kardashian brand they wouldn't put out unattractive clothes that sorry to state, look substandard. Their clothing line accosted me three times over the past few weeks going into Sears. Nobody is ever in the Kardashian section by the way, which says a lot, even though there were a lot of shoppers in the store. Well, that's not totally true about their section, as I was briefly in the Kardashian korner...because I used it as a shortcut to get to the make-up and nail polish counter featuring other brands I like. Boy, since P. Diddy every entertainer thinks they are a great fashion designer when 99% of them are bad. But Diddy is a man with a real eye for fashion...and that's because he is gay.
