20-year-old Mariah Yeater is still insisting teen singer, Justin Bieber, 17, is the dad of her 5-month-old son. The DNA tests have not come back yet to determine paternity, but she is still making these claims to anyone that will listen. She is also demanding a new paternity test, claiming the first one was inadequate.

Despite the fact Yeater's ex-boyfriend, Robbie Powell, who is currently incarcerated, stated publicly that she lied about Bieber for $50,000, she has brushed his points aside stating, "Yes, I know him. He is not the father, and he’s locked up and out of the picture.” Powell, however, thinks he is the baby's father.

Yeater, who also has a criminal record, accused two other men she knows of impregnating her, before finally homing in on Bieber, who says he has never met her and maintains she is lying. In the meantime, the singer was spotted at the hospital, as the mother of his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, suffered a miscarriage last week.

Robbie Powell, the ex-boyfriend and suspected dad of Mariah Yeater's baby Tristyn, is stating she lied about 17-year-old teen singer, Justin Bieber, claiming he fathered her 4-month old in a seedy fling in a bathroom. Powell states Yeater was paid $50,000 for lying about the paternity of her baby, blaming it on Bieber, who maintains the two never met.

Yeater still has not revealed when she did her part for the paternity test she demanded Bieber take, by bringing her child in to be tested. If it is proven Bieber is not the father of Yeater's child, she will be subject to an extensive lawsuit, which could include, but would not be limited to, claims of defamation of character, slander, libel and malice. It is unlikely Yeater would prevail in court under said circumstances and any judgment would wipe out the $50,000 she was allegedly paid, based on Bieber's legal fees alone.

Yeater's family also expressed in emails that Powell is the dad. This is a "Maury! Maury! Maury!" Povich moment. Seriously, this poor little baby, who is adorable, needs to grow up with confidence knowing who his dad is and not based on what is being speculated.

A lawyer acting for 20-year-old Mariah Yeater is apparently demanding a new paternity test be taken by 17-year-old Justin Bieber, who stands accused of impregnating her backstage after a concert in Los Angeles in 2010. Yeater's lawyer expressed his anger at not being present at the paternity test Bieber submitted to in a bid to settle this scandal. Yeater's lawyer does not trust Bieber's attorney and implies a switcheroo may have taken place (exactly whose DNA do they think will be submitted? Usher's?).

Therefore, judging by his statements, Yeater wants a new paternity test. This is never going to end. That baby is going to be in high school before we know who the daddy is. Speaking of that, should Yeater's ex-boyfriend, who is said to be the father, submit to a DNA test as well.

Mariah Yeater has been caught in a serious lie and one that could cost her plenty. The 20-year-old’s claims that pop star, Justin Bieber, a minor of 17-years, impregnated her when he was 16, backstage in a bathroom after one of his concerts (where did he find the energy after his show?) has unraveled like a present, but she certainly shall not look upon the exposé as a gift.

TMZ (who else) got a hold of Yeater’s private text messages (they probably paid for), revealing her plotting with a friend to delete old items revealing her family’s admission that her 4-month old was fathered by her ex-boyfriend, Robbie and not Justin Bieber.

Yeater promised the friend a cut of the money that would come from shaking down Bieber, if said individual would shut up about what he knows and delete messages referring to "Robbie" being the dad (*cue "Billie Jean" music*).

The Judiciary Report thinks Yeater is an adult, knew what she was doing, has committed fraud and extortion and should face jail time. Bieber looked so stunned and upset these past few weeks over a story that is looking like an outright lie. A civil case is not good enough to address the misconduct and someone in authority needs to intervene for the sake of the baby.

Mariah Yeater, the 20-year-old woman that sued pop singer, Justin Bieber, 17, regarding her 4-month old son, has dropped the paternity lawsuit she brought against him, one month shy of DNA tests being taken. Her lawyers also allegedly quit the case. Bieber's representatives state, his attorney will still pursue a lawsuit against Yeater for defamation and malice, in making claims he says are false.

The Judiciary Report believes Bieber should still take the DNA test, as there are some online that believe Yeater's claims, which has damaged his name. In order to clear his name from this scandal she has created, a DNA test should be administered. Yeater's conduct also warrants state intervention for the sake of her child, as her social networking profiles indicate she is a troubled woman with mental issues, preying on different men she has accused of fathering the same baby.

This is not to imply a star can't impregnate someone they'd just met, because some have done so and later been proven parents by paternity tests. Some entertainers are wild and very indiscriminate. There is one artist in particular I was told of by an industry insider, who had women literally lining up to have sex with him in the bathroom and bedroom of his room while on tour. These were strangers invited to a party at a villa he rented while on the road performing, where the only prerequisite to get close to him was to be good looking.

Yeater's past spells lack of credibility and that has worked against her. Furthermore, this has to do with her child's future - no mom convinced of paternity would give up that easily and drop the lawsuit. Another thing, how was she hoping to settle this matter, as she claims, without going to court. Was Bieber supposed to pay her off with a $300,000 check to keep his name off a birth certificate, without taking a DNA test. For argument's sake, how would that be fair to the child, who she alleges is his offspring. This was one massive shakedown effort gone wrong.

In the video interview posted below of 20-year-old Mariah Yeater, a Justin Bieber fan, speaking of meeting and having sex with him in a bathroom backstage at one of his concerts, she makes him sound like a sexual predator that broke the law in coming after her, when her social networking profile gives her that image. It is unlawful for an adult of 19-years of age to have sex with a minor of 16.

In referring to Bieber, Yeater said and I quote, "his whole demeanor changed" and he became "aggressive." One is used to reading such comments from sexual assault and rape victims. Yeater gives the impression he violated her, when she indicated she voluntarily went into the bathroom with him, in a story the Judiciary Report does not believe.

So much about it does not add up and it is a story that does not help women, especially young girls, who were actually taken advantage of by men, to come forward and be believed. Yeater needs to tell the truth about what happened, as the story does not make sense.

Tired of allegations he fathered the 4-month-old son of 20-year-old fan Mariah Yeater a year ago, 16-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber has slammed his accuser by stating, "She is a ridiculous liar. Yeater certainly will not take that well, as she proclaims herself a fan and is quite obsessed with the underage star. In the mean time, Bieber continues making appearances in Europe with his actress girlfriend, Selena Gomez, who is upset over Yeater's embarrassing claims. It led to rumors she had dumped the singer, which they are attempting to refute.

Bieber has stated his intention is to sue Yeater after he takes a paternity test in December regarding her son. Yeater has been making money off paid interviews that Bieber's lawyers will go after, in what they will seek to label damages and to recoup legal fees regarding this matter.
