Justin Bieber Accuser Mariah Yeater Busted Stating Her Ex-Boyfriend Is The Father Of Her Child And Not The Teen Singer

Mariah Yeater has been caught in a serious lie and one that could cost her plenty. The 20-year-old’s claims that pop star, Justin Bieber, a minor of 17-years, impregnated her when he was 16, backstage in a bathroom after one of his concerts (where did he find the energy after his show?) has unraveled like a present, but she certainly shall not look upon the exposé as a gift.

TMZ (who else) got a hold of Yeater’s private text messages (they probably paid for), revealing her plotting with a friend to delete old items revealing her family’s admission that her 4-month old was fathered by her ex-boyfriend, Robbie and not Justin Bieber.

Yeater promised the friend a cut of the money that would come from shaking down Bieber, if said individual would shut up about what he knows and delete messages referring to "Robbie" being the dad (*cue "Billie Jean" music*).

The Judiciary Report thinks Yeater is an adult, knew what she was doing, has committed fraud and extortion and should face jail time. Bieber looked so stunned and upset these past few weeks over a story that is looking like an outright lie. A civil case is not good enough to address the misconduct and someone in authority needs to intervene for the sake of the baby.

Pop star, Justin Bieber, 17, has stated he will take a DNA test to clear his name, regarding Mariah Yeater, 20, who claims she had sex with him backstage at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, resulting in the pregnancy and subsequent birth of her 3-month-old son Trystin.

However, after taking the DNA test, Bieber plans to retain an attorney to sue Yeater, as he states her claims are defamatory lies. A few days ago it was discovered, Bieber is the second person Yeater has slapped with a paternity allegation, over the same baby. Yes, something is wrong.

Yeater's lawyers have since clammed up, realizing they are representing someone who does not have their story straight. They should have done a social networking search, as employers now do, because it would have turned up the saran wrap pictures of their client that have left the Judiciary Report very skeptical about Yeater's mental health.

A background check would not have hurt either. Yeater was arrested for assaulting her former boyfriend, who denied he was her child's father. Now it is Bieber's turn. Yeater gave a sordid tale about having sex with Bieber backstage that is downright embarrassing. She claims they had sex on a shelf in the bathroom (can you do that). I have a shelf in my bathroom, but all you can do is fit a couple towels on it. How did she fit her butt on it.

Judging by her explicit, aggressive, angry social networking photos and love of cling film, one would think she was the one that wrapped up Bieber in cling film, holding him hostage against his will in the bathroom. She has nice facial features, but when you crowd them out with stud piercings and saran wrap, people will develop a certain opinion.

The Judiciary Report's main concern is Yeater's little baby, who did not ask for any of this and looks sad. Sometimes babies can sense when something is wrong. What's going to happen to him in all this. Justin's a big boy. He will get over this.

However, Yeater's son is a beautiful baby, who will have to live with what his mom did in claiming all these men fathered her child. If it is not handled correctly, he will have his doubts as to the true identity of his dad. Yeater is claiming her evidence of paternity is the baby's pout. But all babies pout. Hey, I pout when I see my bills. That doesn't make me Justin Bieber's kid.

17-year-old pop star, Justin Bieber, has been sued by a 20-year-old fan, Mariah Yeater, for allegedly impregnating her when he was 16 and she 19. She has given birth to a boy, who is now three months. Yeater has named the child Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater.

Yeater has sued for paternity and support, demanding Bieber take care of her financially. Is this a case of "Billie Jean" or is Yeater telling the truth. Many people online are skeptical of her story. Me personally, I'm stunned Bieber's Bieber was working with such accuracy last year (just kidding and it is possible for boys in their mid-teens to impregnate a female).

To add insult to injury, Yeater stated the encounter lasted "30 seconds" which has television shows and blogs making fun of his sexual abilities. To think a young entertainer would be that reckless and desperate, as to pick a stranger out of an audience, whose medical records they know nothing of and have unprotected sex with the person, is troubling.

If Yeater has made up this entire story, she will be charged for having sex with a minor and or be committed to a mental institution, losing custody of her baby, for being a mentally unfit mother. Bieber is denying his Bieber did this at all. He is referring to her claims as "defamatory" while girlfriend, actress, Selena Gomez goes around looking downcast. Well, Bieber wanted to be the new "King of Pop" (Michael Jackson) but probably not like this...
