Mariah Yeater's Lawyer Demands A New Paternity Test From Justin Bieber

A lawyer acting for 20-year-old Mariah Yeater is apparently demanding a new paternity test be taken by 17-year-old Justin Bieber, who stands accused of impregnating her backstage after a concert in Los Angeles in 2010. Yeater's lawyer expressed his anger at not being present at the paternity test Bieber submitted to in a bid to settle this scandal. Yeater's lawyer does not trust Bieber's attorney and implies a switcheroo may have taken place (exactly whose DNA do they think will be submitted? Usher's?).

Therefore, judging by his statements, Yeater wants a new paternity test. This is never going to end. That baby is going to be in high school before we know who the daddy is. Speaking of that, should Yeater's ex-boyfriend, who is said to be the father, submit to a DNA test as well.

Reality TV meanie, Kim Kardashian, sicced her lawyer on former publicist, Jonathan Jaxson, for telling the world what we already knew - she staged her wedding to basketball star, Kris Humphries for $17,000,000 in cash and endorsement tie-ins. Jaxson had a nervous breakdown this week after the reported threats from Kardashian and tweeted on social networking site Twitter that he was suicidal after the abuse from her legal team. His friend later took over his account to state the paramedics had arrived to take him to the hospital.

That was a nasty thing to do Kardashian, in trying to preserve a collapsed facade that showed the world you are a fake not worthy of the air time you occupy. What a horrible person you are. You know what, I agree YOUR MARRIAGE IS A SHAM. What are you gonna do about it? Most of the internet thinks the whole marriage was staged for money. Deal with it.

You really think a lot of yourself to be threatening and bullying people. You've made a career out of a sex tape, stealing a number of hardworking people's copyrighted clothing, shoe and handbag lines, who publicly slammed you for it, in addition to engaging in criminal copyright infringement for your debut single, when you can't even sing.

Even if you had been royalty, it would give you no right to bully and steal from others, as that is unlawful and as common as one can get in life. Go sit down somewhere and reflect on the ungodly madness you've put out there and change your ways, as the public has had enough.

Florida-based publicist Jonathan Jaxson claimed to have repped Kim in the past and after she filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, Jaxson went on a media tour alleging the marriage was a sham and that Kim’s engagement ring was actually one she already owned and had worn in the past Kim fired back by hiring a top Hollywood attorney to file a lawsuit against him, saying Jaxson signed a confidentiality agreement that barred him from talking about her — which Jaxson says he never signed.

Jonathan Jaxson, the former publicist of reality TV star, Kim Kardashian, has slammed the avarice for staging her wedding to basketball player, Kris Humphries, for $20,000,000. Kardashian dumped Humphries two months into their marriage and has been trying to get back with ex-boyfriend, football star, Reggie Bush.

According to TMZ, Kardashian has fired back at the claims, instructing attorney Marty Singer to go after Jaxson for violating their confidentiality agreement. However, Jaxson retorted, the confidentiality agreement between the two parties was never signed, so he is free to yap his gums on her "sham" of a wedding.

Really, Kim, no one is going to say he is defaming you, destroying your reputation, as you are claiming. Your reputation was gone the day rapper Ray-J peed on you like you were a fire hydrant. Still, Jaxson better be careful. Her butt has super powers. One day when you least expect it, her behind will shoot out laser beams and zap you where you stand.

An angry Dr. Conrad Murray slammed his lawyers for being unprepared and confused during his manslaughter trial in the death of pop star Michael Jackson. This anger is no doubt compounded by the guilty verdict a Los Angeles, California jury unanimously rendered this week.

At the end of the day, it would have been a tough sell to convince any reasonable person that Murray acted properly in pumping Jackson full of so many pharmaceutical drugs and in such large doses. The prosecution referred to his medical work as "an experiment" and clearly one gone horribly wrong, as Propofol is not approved for the treatment of insomnia, which Jackson suffered from.

Three times married Demi Moore is headed for divorce again. The 48-year-old Hollywood actress, has consulted a divorce lawyer, regarding her 6-year marriage to goofball actor, Ashton Kutcher, 33. The "Two And A Half" men star was caught cheating on Moore in San Diego, California, on their anniversary weekend. Kutcher is behaving like his promiscuous predecessor, actor, Charlie Sheen, whose role he poorly assumed on the hit sitcom (and off as well).

Kutcher booked a hotel room in San Diego, went drinking at a bar, then invited four young blonde women up to his hotel room and proceeded to have sex with two of them. This was shortly before soaking in a hot tub naked with the four women. This was obviously too much for Moore to bare, I mean, bear and she was spotted visiting a divorce lawyer this past Friday.

It's easier for a man to marry a younger woman, as women are more faithful than men and do not have hang ups about age differences. Men, however, tend to stray when the age difference is too great, particularly when it is a Hollywood marriage.

Couples with age differences have a much better chance of staying together when they are not famous. I've seen couples with age differences, who are not in Hollywood, last a long time. This is due to the fact the terrible temptation, age conscious peer pressure from vain people, superficiality and hedonism of Hollywood are not present in said relationships.

Hollywood is a very fake and disingenuous place. They expect people to look young for the rest of their lives and that goes against how the aging process currently works. They have too many choices and too much time on their hands to get into mischief and it inevitably brings them down.

"The Lincoln Lawyer" stars the handsome and charming, Matthew McConaughey, as a tough criminal defense attorney. At first, I thought the film was set in the U.S. city of Lincoln, Nebraska, due to the title, but it was not so.

The film apparently got its name from the main character, attorney, Mickey Haller, being driven around all day, by a round the way tough guy in a Lincoln car. The Lincoln serves as his office, as he has no fixed business address, well, other than his secondary one, a home office (my favorite kind).

Haller is sought out by a seemingly normal client, who claims he has been wrongly accused of a terrible murder, but as the film progresses, it is revealed, he is as a phrase I read recently, "Nuttier than squirrel doodoo." The film has many twists that are somewhat surprising.
