Boxer Floyd Mayweather, has been sentenced to 90 days in jail for viciously beating the mother of his children, Josie Harris. Mayweather, who was featured on the VH-1 reality show "What Chili Wants" erupted in a rage when he read one of Harris' text messages and accused her of having sex with NBA athlete CJ Watson, who denied the allegation.

In the presence of his children, Mayweather proceeded to unleash a terrible beating on Harris, as though he was fighting an opponent in the ring. The attack left Harris hospitalized and distraught. Domestic violence is wrong and should be addressed in a court of law with jail time. There is no necessity to beat anyone.
Pop singer Usher Raymond is often in controversial relationships he uses to fuel publicity for his career, but it appears his brother has taken it to the next and been arrested in doing so. Usher's brother James Lackey was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia for beating his girlfriend and their child in a case that is bizarre. The situation screams abuse in beating both mother and child. He was charged with battery, cruelty to a child and reckless conduct. Usher posted his $5,500 bail.

Lackey has lived a privileged life, due to his brother's career as a famous singer over the past 16-years. At one point he tried to become a rapper, but it did not pan out. He is clearly dealing with issues that caused him to lash out in this manner and his behavior is totally unacceptable.
Mariah Yeater, the 20-year-old woman alleging singer Justin Bieber, 17, impregnated her backstage at a Los Angeles concert a year ago, was arrested for attacking her ex-boyfriend, who she originally claimed is the father of her 4-month old son, before she made the allegation against the pop star and another man. Yeater also also vandalized her ex-boyfriend's car.

This week, Radar Online has unearthed a police report indicating her mother, Michelle Yeater, is violent as well, as she punched a store clerk in the eye during an argument over money, which left her hospitalized and temporarily blind. You know, when there is a problem in a store, most people just call for a manager. No need for violence.

It is clear the Yeaters are a dysfunctional family with money issues, because here you have it, the daughter has brought forth some very serious claims against the most famous teen in the world, trying to extract $300,000 from him, over a story with so many discrepancies. Looking forward to the results of the paternity test to further write about this topic, as it is something else. Erica Mae Butts and Shanita Latrice Cunningham collapsed in court, after being sentenced to life in prison, for the beating death of 3-year-old Serenity Richardson. Defenseless little Richardson was beaten from head to toe by the duo and as such the judge threw the book at them, leaving the couple wailing and bawling in court.
The child died a horrible, painful death. They took the life of an innocent little human being with their deeds. They deserve every bit of the prison sentence. At least they are alive, a right they deprived Serenity of when they killed her. The child's mother, Ieshia Richardson stated, "All I ask is that justice be served for her today. That she finally can seriously rest in peace, and then maybe, just maybe I can breathe a breath of fresh air."

The graphic videos and photos that have surfaced revealing Al Qaeda rebels, bankrolled by the Obama Administration, at the sum of $25,000,000 in U.S. taxpayer money, viciously beating and sodomizing Muammar Gadhafi with a knife, are horrific. The photos are sick and what they did to him was truly evil. They sodomized an old man with a large knife, which is wrong. Where would it all end. How much blood will be shed in the West and the Muslim world, before power hungry people are satisfied.

For President Obama to state regarding Gadhafi's death "let this be a lesson to all dictators out there" is to make himself look like a bloodthirsty tyrant...with a Nobel Peace Prize. Does Obama think by stating such things, it makes him look tough, hard and invincible. No, people all over the internet and in public settings are calling you evil and corrupt for condoning and championing such a thing. Look it up online.

Gadhafi should have been tried in court according to the law and given life in prison. I understand in Libya, he would have received the death penalty, something I do not agree with for anyone, but as it is their custom, it is their right.

However, had the law been followed, he would not have been tortured first and barbarically so, in criminal violation of international and domestic law, then summarily executed. The entire episode wreaks of savagery. If humanity is to progress, such cruelty must be left behind.
Michael Lohan, the dad of Hollywood train wreck, Lindsay Lohan, was arrested for stalking and harassing ex-girlfriend Kate Major, after beating her up once again. Lohan again defied the restraining order the court imposed against him for this abusive behavior. If you remember correctly, Lindsay Lohan was accused of stalking her ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson (Lindsay Lohan Lies About Stalking Sam Ronson).
The entire Lohan clan is in the mind numbing Hollywood cult Kabbalah and due to their deranged conduct, the whole family should qualify for great rates at psychiatrists offices, as it is clear they are all insane and severely so. They are seriously dysfunctional and mentally imbalanced.
If someone doesn't want anything to do with you, why stalk and or keep trying to contact them. Why trespass on their property. Why follow them everywhere. It looks absolutely crazy to normal folks, but people with mental illness make excuses in their minds to justify the unjustifiable.
Then they try to pain their victims as the victimizers, which is just as sick as the illegal stalking and harassment. Learn to leave people alone. There are no allowances under the law for stalking, harassing, menacing, assaulting or trying to kill others. It is completely criminal.
Former Libyan head of state, Muammar Gadhafi, was brutally killed last week, but what some do not know is, he was also tortured before he was murdered. Gadhafi was brutally beaten, dragged and repeatedly sodomized with a knife, before rebels acting under the orders of the Obama Administration/NATO, sodomized him with a dagger, in deeds that are appalling.

All Obama's boasts of democracy coming to Libya is in vain, as they have announced Shariah Law. Additionally, Al Qaeda rebels, funded by the Obama Administration, to the tune of $20,000,000, are now in a position of influence and control in the region, with access to untold oil wealth, after killing Gadhafi. Al Qaeda poses a much greater threat to the West than Gadhafi ever did.
As the Judiciary Report claimed two weeks ago would be the most plausible scenario, McDonalds’ cashier, Rayon McIntosh, has claimed self-defense in the beating of two violent female customers that physically attacked him without provocation.
The women were seen on video slapping him in the face for no reason, then jumping the counter, while treating to “cut him up” for daring to follow store procedure in scanning a $50 bill they submitted to pay for their meals.

Some McDonalds restaurants do not even accept currency above a $20 bill, due to counterfeit issues with higher denominations. These women should not have attacked McIntosh for doing his job. It was outrageous. I have never seen anyone jump a food service counter and go after a cashier. It is wrong and very unwise.
Legally speaking, further threatening to stab McIntosh, puts the ball further in his court, pardon the pun, for grabbing a cooking rod to beat them back as they charged forward and allegedly kept trying to get back up. The other scenario would have been McIntosh retreating to the back of the restaurant, where he could have been beaten, stabbed and or killed by the two women that threatened to “cut him up.” It is now up to a jury to decide.
31-year-old Mc Donalds cashier, Rayon McIntosh, 31, an ex-convict that served time for manslaughter, reacted very badly when two belligerent female customers grew angry at him, for following store procedures in scanning a $50 bill they submitted to pay for their food at the restaurant. Denise Darbeau and Rachel Edwards, became confrontational, began cussing and swearing at him, even jumped over the counter to further attack McIntosh in the restaurant.
McIntosh, in a rage, went for a metal rod, returned and began hitting the women with it to beat them back as they approached. One suffered a fractured skull and a broken arm, the other a "deep cut on the head." Both women and the cashier have been charged in the incident.
A lot of lessons can be learned from this regrettable story. The top one being learn to control your temper and do not resort to violence. An experienced defense attorney will claim McIntosh was acting in self-defense, after being unreasonably attacked and pursued, but the prosecution will argue it was excessive force. The women had no business slapping him and jumping behind the counter. But it can be stated he used too much force in subduing the threat to his safety. It is also sad that McIntosh reacted as forcefully as he did, considering McDonalds gave him a chance as an ex-con to obtain gainful employment.
The planned biopic of the late mobster, John Gotti, is up in smoke. The project has been placed on hold, due to lack of financing and very little public interest. As stated previously on the Judiciary Report, down and out Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, was unwisely added to the cast in what was a bad move (Lindsay Lohan Is Looking Old).
Lohan is a massive insurance risk and a movie killer, as audiences do not take to her anymore (have not for years). Her terrible antics and abuse of the justice system, turned the public off to the point, they stopped going to her movies. They voiced their disgust on many websites' feedback columns. The populace does not like witnessing celebrities getting preferential treatment in the court system, while mocking the law with criminal behavior, such as stealing and DUI (see links below).
